Frederick Frank is Vice Chairman and a Director of Lehman Brothers Inc. Mr. Frank has provided investment banking services to a host of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and neutraceutical industries. He has been involved in hundreds of financings and merger and acquisition transactions in the health care field. He is Chairman of the National Genetics Foundation, a former Director of the Salk Institute, a Member of the Yale School of Organization and Management Advisory Board, and a Member of the Board of Governors of the National Center for Genome Resources. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Harvard School of Public Health, the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Center for Biomedical Innovation. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Irvington Institute for Immunological Research and also a Director of several publicly traded and several private companies. He is also Director of Diagnostic Products, Pharmaceutical Products Development, Landec Corporation and Predix Pharmaceuticals.
